utilize.internet is a small collection of free, browser-based utilities for everyday file tasks — converting a video clip into a GIF, compressing a photo before emailing it, or merging a few PDFs into one document.

Why everything runs in your browser

Most online converters work by uploading your file to a server, processing it there, and sending the result back. We built this site differently: the tools here use modern browser technology (WebAssembly and Web Workers) to do the actual conversion work on your own device. Your file never leaves your computer or phone.

This means faster results for most file sizes, no waiting in an upload queue, and one less place your files could end up.

How the site is funded

These tools are free to use, with no account required and no limit on how often you can use them. The site is supported by display advertising. We don't sell user data — as explained in our Privacy Policy, we generally don't receive your files or personal data in the first place.
